Introduction

HXFR-HIPS400 consists of environment friendly flame retardant system of bromine and antimony, passed the evaluation of SGS, CTI etc. certification authority and comply with ROHS requirement.

Advantage: good compatibility with ABS, high strength, high toughness, high UV-Resistance, Non-blooming, high effective and low cost.

Application

Mainly used in HIPS injection and extrusion, such as: Enclosure of automat, printer, ink box and TV, parts in refrigerator, air-condition, appliance and audio equipment etc.

Extrusion process (Twin Screw Extruder)

Note: Vacuum when production; Recommended Screw L/D 1:36-40; Do not stop machine in production, if break the production, the screws must be cleaned and re-add raw materials in case the flame retardant masterbatch decompose and carbonize due to long time overheat.
